15 Gentle Practices

15 Ways to Nourish Yourself, Mind, Body, and Spirit

Hey, I’m so glad you’re here! Let’s pour ourselves a cup ~ Earl Grey, chamomile, or whatever you fancy ~  and let the day slow down just a little, if only for a few minutes.

I want to share some of my favorite ways to nourish yourself ~ 15 gentle practices that support your body, mind, and spirit. These aren’t rules or rigid routines, just little rituals and habits you can invite into your day to bring comfort, balance, and a touch of joy.

From shifting your energy and tending friendships to savoring the seasons and curling up in cozy rest, each practice is like a friendly nudge to care for yourself the way you would a good friend.

Pick a few, try one at a time, or wander through the whole bunch - each small step builds a balanced, nourishing habit.

  1. Move the Energy

  2. Hydrate First

  3. Plant a Little Garden

  4. Tend Your Friendships

  5. Bloom for Yourself

  6. Daydreams and Destinations

  7. Live with Intention

  8. Anytime is Teatime

  9. Pal Around with Produce

  10. Eat With the Seasons

  11. Savor the Flavors

  12. Prep the Basics

  13. Protecting the Pause

  14. Cozy Rest and Sleep

  15. Lymph in Motion

As the saying goes: you can’t pour from an empty cup. Take time to intentionally refill yours regularly.

Shall we begin? ~Barb
