Move the Energy

You know those days when things (or maybe you) feel a little off or heavy? Nothing dramatic, nothing you can put your finger on, yet just not quite right.

Often, it’s a sign of stagnation ~ and energy needs to move.

Burn something aromatic to shift the air. Add a few drops of an uplifting essential oil to the diffuser.

When in doubt ~ take a walk or shake it out a bit ~ take a hot bath or shower and imagine the warmth + steam carrying the heaviness away.

Sometimes nothing is wrong ~ the energy just needs somewhere to go. Let it flow.

If this spoke to you, there’s more to discover. Take a peek at the full series of 15 ways to nourish yourself.
