Your lymphatic system loves a little motion.

Gentle stretching, qi gong, rebounding on a mini-trampoline, deep intentional breath work, dry brushing, or even a brisk walk can help move lymph, support detox pathways, and keep you feeling light and energized. Think of it as a quiet, internal reset - like a little fresh breeze for your whole body.

I’ve written a few other posts about lymphatic self care practices. You can read two of them here and here.

If you enjoyed this one, you might love the rest. 🍃 Take a look at the full series of 15 nourishing practices.
