Cozy Rest and Sleep

Rest isn’t a luxury - it’s nourishment.

Create a little sanctuary for yourself in the evening. Dim the lights, wrap up in a soft blanket, and maybe sip a warm cup of chamomile or lavender tea.

Gentle rituals help your body and mind unwind and transition from the busyness of the day into calm - slow, deep breaths, quiet reflection, or a few soft stretches.

Sleep is the deepest form of rest, but even small pockets of quiet - reading a few pages, noticing the evening light, or simply breathing slowly - help settle the nervous system and restore your energy.

Tonight, and every night, allow yourself a little extra gentleness and rest.

I shared more about prioritizing rest and simple routines for restorative sleep in previous posts if you’d like to explore further.

This is just one of many small ways to care for yourself.
