FIRST TIME HERE?

  • Paperwork must be completed online prior to first appointment so I may review it ahead of meeting with you

  • Arrive well-hydrated. Support those detox pathways!

  • You’ll be met at the main door 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. There is no waiting room at this location

  • Parking on street or in municipal lots

  • Walk-ins are not accepted - Sessions are by appointment only

SCHEDULING:

  • A credit card is required to schedule your appointment, but will not be run until your appointment time

  • Full payment is required at time of service - case and credit cards accepted

  • Insurance not accepted

SESSION TIMING

  • Your session begins at the time it’s scheduled. This includes time for check-in, discussion, and hands-on work. The flow and time on the table may vary based on your needs that day.

LATE ARRIVALS

  • I completely understand that things come up. There’s a 5-minute grace period built into your start time, and if you anticipate running late, a quick text is always appreciated. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, the session will be considered a missed appointment and the full fee will apply.

  • I’ll always do my best to make the most of our time together. That said, to respect the flow of the day and other clients, sessions will end at the originally scheduled time. Thanks so much for your understanding—I look forward to welcoming you into a calm and supportive space.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps me offer the time to someone else who may be waiting.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled appointment fee which will be processed on the credit card used to secure your appointment
