A Handful of Green

Closing the Parsley Series: A Handful of Green

When we began this little exploration of parsley, it may have seemed almost too simple.

After all - it’s just parsley.

But that’s the point, isn’t it?

The most powerful shifts in how we cook and nourish ourselves rarely come from dramatic changes. They come from small, steady habits.

  • A handful of chopped herbs.

  • A squeeze of lemon.

  • A spoonful of something fresh added at the end.

Parsley reminded us that:

  • Food can be beautiful without being complicated.

  • Nourishment can be consistent without being rigid.

  • Wellness can feel approachable.

In a world that often pushes extremes, I find myself drawn more and more to the steady middle - to simple ingredients used well.

If this series did anything, I hope it encouraged you to:

  • Reach for fresh herbs more often.

  • Trust your kitchen instincts.

  • Find joy in the everyday act of cooking.

Sometimes it truly is just a handful of green.

Thank you for being here at the table with me.

Until next time,
~Barb
